DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with William E. Cooper. The head of Dallas Market Hall in 1963, which included the Trade Mart, Mr. Cooper helped organize the planned presidential luncheon. Years later, he served as one of the founding board members of the Dallas County Historical Foundation. Interview conducted at Mr. Cooper's office on March 30, 1994 by Wes Wise with Bob Porter. The interview is fifty-seven minutes long.
