Curatorial CommentaryThe menu for what would be President Kennedy's last breakfast was quite simple, consisting of scrambled eggs, ham, and fried potatoes. There were also bread baskets on the table, which by different accounts offered biscuits, rolls or perhaps both. Coffee, orange juice and water were also served. -- Stephen Fagin, Curator
