Bob Huffaker covered the Jack Ruby trial for local CBS affiliate KRLD-TV.  The man wearing glasses at left is WBAP-TV local reporter James Kerr. - Gary Mack, Curator

In 1964, Sam Clinton was legal counsel to the Texas Civil Liberties Union when he joined with attorney Elmer Gertz, Sol Dann and Phil Burleson to reverse Jack Ruby's conviction for killing Lee Harvey Oswald.  - Gary Mack, Curator
