Envelope of cream-colored stationery; all paper edges outlined with a thin, black border.

This envelope was created under the direction of Sanford Fox, Chief of the White House Social Entertainments Office from 1961 to 1964. It was designed to enclose an invitation to President John F. Kennedy's funeral at St. Matthew's Cathedral in Washington D.C., on Monday, November 25, 1963.
