Black and white photographic print taken by the Dallas police department on November 22, 1963, of the interior of the Texas Theatre where suspect Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested.

R. W. "Rusty" Livingston, an employee of the police crime lab, developed many of the images taken by Dallas Police. This collection of prints is a first-generation set of copies he kept for himself.
Curator's Notes

The unidentified officer is pointing to the seat in which Oswald was first sighted by police.  As they walked from the movie screen into the audience, Oswald stood up and walked a few feet to his right, but quickly sat down in the second seat from the aisle. - Gary Mack, Curator
