The fence is made of two levels of rope: one rope is higher, the other lower, both run parallel to the ground.  The crowd is a mix of men, women and children.  On the left side there is a boy and girl standing on the rope fence.  Near the center of the image is a woman wearing glasses; her right arm is raised in a wave and she is holding a sign that reads, \"WELCOME MR. PRESIDENT.\"  In the background, on the left side, there is what appears to be a metal ladder; there are three men sitting on it.  There also appears to be a platform below the ladder on which several more men stand, elevated above the rest of the crowd.\r\n\r\nThe fence appears to run along a dirt road.
