The crowds are seen across the top of the image and on the left side.  President Kennedy is in the lower right quadrant, and behind him stand three men who are probably his Secret Service agents (or at least there to provide security).\r\n\r\nPresident Kennedy is using his right hand to reach out to people and his left arm is bent close to his body.
