All three figures in the cartoon are drawn as if they are standing with their backs to the viewer. They each have a square text bubble with a line drawing it to their figure. In the cartoon, President Kennedy says, "Do you think \ Oswald acted \ alone?" Senator Kennedy replies "About as much \ as I think \ Sirhan was \ acting alone." Finally, Dr. King adds "Or James Earl Ray.". Multiple vertical lines are drawn over the three figures giving the impression of a veil behind which the figures stand. The cartoonists signature (illegible) and copyright information, "(c) The Los Angeles Times 1988", are printed in the lower right corner of the cartoon.
