Mr. Crichton was also a friend of George DeMohrenschildt, an acquaintance of Lee Harvey Oswald.  In 1964, he unsuccessfully ran for Texas governor against incumbent John Connally.  Recorded 7/6/2001.

Videotaped oral history interview with John A. "Jack" Crichton.
