On one side of the postcard are the five step instructions with the title reading, "How to participate in the / Call To Victory / Telephone Campaign."  

On the reverse is the mailing information, and a black and white portrait image of Senator Kennedy.  The text next to and below the image reads: "Join the CALL TO VICTORY CAMPAIGN / To Elect Senator JOHN F. KENNEDY President."  There are also postmarks, stamps and an address label on this side.  The address label is to: "Kathleen Morrow / 5819 Morningalde [sic] / Dallas."  There are two postmark stamps for November 7, 1960 reading: "DALLAS, TEX. 3 1960 / NOV 7 / 1 - PM."  The stamp in the upper right corner is for $.3, purple, and has an image of the Statue of Liberty.
