Description35mm Kodachrome II color slide, #17 of 20 images, taken by Jay Skaggs from the east side of Houston Street looking northwest. This picture shows a police officer with a shotgun and someone else talking with a dark-complexioned man who has a moustache and is wearing a beret. Skaggs remembered the man had just arrived from somewhere north of where they were standing.
