Dillard.\r\n\r\nThe image is a photograph of an unidentified man speaking to reporters; he is shown from the waist up and wearing a tie and suit jacket.  The man has his left hand raised as if he is gesturing as he speaks.\r\n\r\nIn the lower left corner there are three hands holding microphones toward the man; there is a fourth microphone held by an unseen hand.\r\n\r\nThere is some text printed on the wall behind the man.  The words, \"Criminal Dist. Co,\" and \"Judge\" can be made out.\r\n\r\nThe photograph has a white border.\r\n\r\nOn the back, in the upper left corner two black rubber stamps have been applied.  One reads, \"PHOTO BY TOM C.
