Grier Raggio, a volunteer lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), went to Dallas police headquarters that evening to observe Lee Harvey Oswald during his arraignment. Previously, Louise Raggio had agreed to represent Ruth Paine during her divorce proceedings, which were delayed as a result of the assassination. \r\n\r\nInterview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on August 12, 2005 by Stephen Fagin.
