DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Brent Lyons. An active Kennedy assassination enthusiast and autograph collector, Lyons has made dozens of visits to Dealey Plaza since 1993. He has met and communicated with several Kennedy family members, authors and researchers, and individuals connected to the assassination story, including Ruth Paine and multiple assassination eyewitnesses.
Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on February 20, 2006 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is forty-one minutes long.
Curatorial CommentaryI have had the pleasure of knowing Brent Lyons for nearly twenty years. Since this oral history in 2006, he has remained an active friend and supporter of The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza and was among the first to join the Museum's membership program when it was established in October 2021. Brent continues to visit the Museum and attend public programs on a regular basis. Eagle-eyed viewers might occasionally catch sight of him in the audience (usually on the front row) in various program recordings on the Museum's YouTube channel. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
