In the early 1970s, Weiser drafted new congressional district maps for Dallas, later approved by the U.S. Supreme Court, and advocated single-member voting districts for the state, which allowed for more minority representation. \r\n\r\nInterview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on April 24, 2006 by Stephen Fagin.
