Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on October 6, 2006 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is fifty-six minutes long.
Curatorial CommentaryAs discussed in this interview, Pendleton was hired at the Dallas Times Herald in 1971 by longtime women's news editor Vivian Castleberry (1922-2017). A local journalistic legend, Castleberry participated in several interviews and programs at The Sixth Floor Museum over the years. A 2008 Living History program with Castleberry may be accessed on the Museum's YouTube channel: Living History with Vivian Castleberry - YouTube. -- Stephen Fagin, Curator
