Geilich was an administrator at Woodlawn and Parkland Memorial Hospitals in Dallas from 1962 to 1969. Following the assassination, he helped coordinate media relations and arrangements with the Connally and Oswald families. He later spent time with Jack Ruby during his brief stay at Parkland in late 1966.
