"Stores and businesses closed all over the United States within minutes of the announcement that JFK was dead .This was a film store just two doors down from the "Texas" Theater. Walker took photos of the motorcade from the corner of Main and Market Street. Following the assassination, he also photographed the scene at Dealey Plaza and outside the Texas Theatre in Oak Cliff.
