Dale Clark had celebrated his fifth birthday on November 15, 1963, just a few days prior to the Kennedy assassination. According to Dale, his late father, a mechanic for Braniff International Airways, chose for his family of six to watch the Kennedy motorcade from the parking lot of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company plant on Lemmon Avenue. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
