This image shows Jacqueline Kennedy, holding a spray of red roses, greeting Kennedy supporter Annie Dunbar at Love Field on the morning of November 22, 1963. The images on this negative strip were taken by a Dallas Times Herald staff photographer. There were three photographers at Love Field that day: John Mazziotta, Bob Jackson and Eamon Kennedy. It is not known which of the three took the pictures on this strip.

Standing behind Kennedy supporter Annie Dunbar's wheelchair, wearing a hat and raising a film camera, is NBC White House photographer David Wiegman, Jr. Wiegman covered Presidents Eisenhower through Carter for NBC News and traveled with Kennedy on several trips. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
