The slide is housed in a cardboard slide mount that is printed with the words "KODACHROME TRANSPARENCY / KODAKCHROME TRANSPARENCY" on the back and "MADE IN U.S.A." on the front. A number "8" and the date is printed in the bottom corner of the mount and the date "SEP 60"  are debossed into the cardboard.
