The sign is made from cardboard with stenciled letters. The stenciled letters are painted red and have red glitter applied on top of the paint. The text of the sign reads "Welcome To Texas Jack and Jackie". The word 'Welcome' is in cursive and the 'T' in Texas is formed by a representation of a Texas Longhorn. There are two red stars on either side of 'Jack' and the 'and' is in cursive.
The cardboard is warped. The cardboard has some small creases on the upper left corner. The lower left corner is torn. Small stains are evident on the cardboard along with patches of white discoloration. The back of the sign contains a seven-inch tear located in the center of the sign. The tear does not go through to the front of the sign.
