Like Mary Moorman and Jean Hill, he was one of the closest eyewitnesses to the limo and he reported what he saw to the FBI and other investigators.  Brehm was one of the first eyewitnesses questioned in the Dallas County Sheriff\u2019s office.  He was not called before the Warren Commission.
