Curatorial Commentary
This photograph, specifically the isolated figure of Dallas Police Officer Max Farris (right), was frequently used in brochures, signage, and advertisements to promote the "Voices from History: Dallas Law Enforcement" exhibit at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza from November 2006 to October 2007. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
Although Museum staff members have made repeated attempts to identify the officer standing on the viewer's left in this photo, no one was able to identify him.  If you know who he is, please contact us. - Lindsey Richardson, Curator of Collections
