On the front cover across the top of the page is a header with the title, "PROBE / The Newsletter of CTKA / Citizens for Truth about the Kennedy Assassinations."  In the top right corner of the cover underneath the title is a price for $5.00.  The newsletter is formatted to appear like a newspaper.  A list in the bottom right corner of the front cover is a contents list titled, "In This Issue..."  The publishing and subscription information is listed along the left edge of page 2.  The inside back cover (page 35) has a notice announcing CTKA's new mailing address.  At the bottom of page 36 is a mailing information box with an adhesive address label addressed to "MR. FRED FUSTON."  In the top right corner of this box are two adhesive postage stamps: one for $1 of with an image of the "Surrender of General Burgoyne"; another for $.01 an image of an "American Kestral."  A black and blue ink postmark is stamped over these.

The entire publication appears to have been professionally published and printed.  The newsletter is printed on white pages, and all text and images are in black and white.  Each page is numbered in the top outer-edge corner.  This issue is bound with two staples on one edge (PLEASE SEE NOTES).
