Inside of brochure, on left side has a blue band with short biography of John F. Kennedy and on right side has a black and white photograph of Kennedy standing at a podium with caption "Senator John Kennedy earnestly and vigorously expounds his doctrine of 'The New Frontier' after a first ballot victory at the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles."  On right side of fold at top in blue lettering a heading reads "THE WEST NEEDS KENNEDY!"  Below this heading, in black lettering "KENNEDY OFFERS" (underlined) and lists six items including

To the right of this list is a paragraph that explains why the West needs Kennedy.

has a quote by John F. Kennedy inside a blue-outlined box.  Below box has four headings and text "Power Needs Unmet," "Pollution Peril Grows," "Wasteland Spreads," and "Paradise Lost."  Continuing below these four topics is heading in blue text "'NO NEW STARTS' 1953-1960."  The text with this heading recounts President Harry S. Truman criticizing the Republicans at the dedication of the Hungry Horse Dam dedication in Montana and quotes Truman saying "Take a good look at it, because it's the last of its kind you will see for a long time if the Republicans get in."

On right side of the inside of brochure, at top in blue lettering is heading "TO BUILD FOR AMERICA  A  BETTER TOMORROW."  Below heading is an explanation of how Kennedy will "plan a long-range comprehensive programs and a capital budget" for natural resource projects.  At bottom is a quote from Lyndon B. Johnson in regard to using natural resources without "impairing the Republic."
