It is worth noting that the menu for the planned banquet in Austin that evening was identical to the Trade Mart luncheon - with the exception of one item. The $100-per-plate dinner in Austin added a baked potato. Wick Fowler of The Dallas Morning News wrote that morning, "Must be baked in gold foil." - Stephen Fagin, Curator
