The metadata provided by The Dallas Morning News for the digital version of these images includes this description:  "TDMN JFK negatives collection / Shot November 22, 1963 - john f. kennedy - jfk - julian reed [sic] - governor john connally's press secretary - research is need to identify photographer."

This item was originally stored in a negative sleeve in the "The Dallas Morning News JFK Assassination Negatives and Contact Sheets Vol. 1" binder (2014.080.0001). This item was in the section of the binder labeled "Motorcade/Parkland."

The negative sleeve has a typed adhesive label in the upper left corner. The label reads: "JFK 41."  A yellow sticky note is at the top left corner of the page with "Negatives Scanned 6-5-2013 [signature]" handwritten in blue ink.
