Parkland did not have a public relations manager at the time of the assassination. Since Landregan had a background in journalism, he was quickly assigned to manage the local, national, and international journalists descending upon the hospital. He also worked directly with the Connally and Oswald families. \r\n\r\nMr. Landregan shared his memories during a Living History program at The Sixth Floor Museum in 2016.
