This item was originally stored in the "The Dallas Morning News JFK Assassination Negatives and Contact Sheets Vol. 1" binder (2014.080.0001). This item was in the section of the binder labeled "November 25, 11-24-1963."

The page has a typed adhesive label at the top center of the page. The label reads: "JFK 58."  "HOSPITAL SPOKESMAN" is written in orange-red grease pencil in the "Assignment" section at the upper edge of the negative holder.

Parkland did not have a public relations manager at the time of the assassination. Since Landregan had a background in journalism, he was quickly assigned to manage the local, national, and international journalists descending upon the hospital. He also worked directly with the Connally and Oswald families.
