DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Dr. Cyril Wecht. A well-known forensic pathologist, consultant and author, Wecht has researched the Kennedy assassination since 1965. He served on the forensic pathology panel for the House Select Committee on Assassinations in the 1970s and was a technical consultant on Oliver Stone's JFK (1991). Wecht remains an outspoken critic of the Warren Commission investigation.
Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on November 19, 2016 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is one hour and twenty-two minutes long.
Curatorial CommentaryA few months after recording this oral history, Dr. Wecht returned to the Museum for a public program entitled, "A Case for Conspiracy."
