Program is printed on cream-colored paper with a black border around each page. Inside and back pages of the program are blank except for the black borders. Front of the program has an embossed presidential seal centered near the top with the following text printed below:

Nineteen hundred and sixty-three
At twelve noon

This program was donated to the Museum by Philip Carver, Jr. His late father, Philip "Doc" Carver, served as a White House Naval Aide to President Kennedy in 1963 and was therefore invited to attend the funeral Mass at St. Matthew's Cathedral. -- Stephen Fagin, Curator
