The top of the page has the text centered, typed, underlined, and in all caps: "Jurors in Jack Ruby Murder Trial". The page has two evenly spaced and centered holes punched in the top. Handwritten in blue ink pen at the top right of the page is the text "Mr. Bowie". This is referring to Jim Bowie who was an assistant District Attorney in Dallas County, and who aided District Attorney Henry Wade and assistant District Attorney Bill Alexander on the Ruby case and trial.
Each of the twelve numbered item includes the jurors name, address, and brief biographical information on each person. Right-aligned with the top line of each numbered item is the date that juror was selected.

This object was originally part of the evidence collected by the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and specifically prosecutors Henry Wade and Bill Alexander during the investigation leading up to the Jack Ruby trial for the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald.
The paper is in poor condition. The lower right corner has been torn off and is missing. There are many creases, folds, and small tears through the page especially in the corners. The paper has a brown stain in the upper left corner likely from a staple.
