The upper left corner is missing some of the paper. There are three deep horizontal crease lines across the page from where it was originally folded to fit inside the affidavit envelope. Some yellowing of the paper. Brown, Jr. His father, Judge Joe B. Brown, was later assigned to preside over the Jack Ruby trial.
