EEG pages 12 and 13 printed on long, narrow sheet of thick paper. Information on page looks like a photocopy. Page has eight parallel jagged lines that run horizontally across the paper. At the top middle and far right of the page are the page numbers "012" and "013" respectively. The last line of the EEG reading between the page numbers has a place where the line has more exaggerated peaks and valleys; this small portion has been underlined. This is the section and page that shows the abnormality.

This is the third of eight pages from the EEG test. The other pages from the test are L2017.1.27-.28, L2017.1.30-.34.

This object was originally part of the evidence collected by the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and specifically prosecutors Henry Wade and Bill Alexander during the investigation leading up to the Jack Ruby trial for the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald.

Paper is curled; was worse when the object first arrived, but has relaxed some since March 2017 with weights. Small tear along top edge of paper, slightly larger tear along bottom edge. Paper has severely yellowed; other discolorations and stains on page - worse on front than on reverse. Deep crease and wrinkle in paper that starts near lower right corner of paper.
