In it Mrs. expresses appreciation to a White House staffer for their service to President Kennedy.\r\n\r\nThe notecard is flat and is printed on thick paper. In addition to the thin black border around the outside front edge of the card, there is a small crest printed in the center near the top edge in black ink. \r\n\r\nMrs. Kennedy's note is as follows:\r\n\r\n\"Thank you for all you did to help the President.\r\n               Jacqueline Kennedy\"."},"invno":{"label":"Object number","value":"2017.057.0001"},"description":{"label":"Description","value":"One cream-colored flat notecard with thin black border handwritten by Mrs. Jacqueline Kennedy expressing appreciation following President John F. Kennedy's death.\r\n\r\nMrs. Kennedy handwrote notecards to every White House staff member, including full-time and part-time employees, who worked in the White House and served President Kennedy. There were several extra notecards written to ensure that no one was forgotten. This card was an extra one that had been kept by Mary Gallagher, Mrs. Kennedy's former personal secretary from 1957 to 1964.\r\n\r\nNotecard is flat and is printed on thick paper. In addition to the thin black border around the outside front edge of the card, there is a small crest printed in the center near the top edge in black ink. There are three lines of text centered on the notecard in Mrs. Kennedy's handwriting in black ink. The text is as follows:\r\n\"Thank you for all you did\r\nto help the President.\r\n               Jacqueline Kennedy\".\r\nCrest is printed using thermographic printing causing the ink to be slightly raised from the surface of the paper.\r\n\r\nThe notecard is blank on the reverse. \r\n\r\nOverall in very good condition. Minimal color loss on corners in black border.
