The brochures were created to help raise funds for the John F. Kennedy Memorial in Dallas, TX as well as the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston, MA. The front of the brochure has a tan background with a black and white image of President Kennedy and Mrs. Kennedy greeting a crowd of people at Love Field in Dallas, TX on November 22, 1963. The photo is bordered in black, and the text of the front is printed in white, gold and black lettering as follows:

The interior of the brochure has several paragraphs describing the potential sites and importance of both the Kennedy Memorial Plaza in Dallas and the John F. Kennedy Library in Boston. On the right is a gold ad black map of the proposed site for the Kennedy Memorial Plaza, below which, on a gold background, is a section titled "How You Can Help." The brochure discusses how much money has already been raised by Dallas citizens, including school children, for these projects. On the back of the brochure is the reproduction of a letter from Jacqueline Kennedy to the people of Dallas thanking them for their generosity and support. Below this is a card that can be cut out and returned to the John F.
