Brown\".\r\n\r\nThe top part of the first page (of both copies) has the following text:\r\n\r\n\"Ex Parte Jack Ruby\r\n\r\nNo. 39,613\r\nAppeal from Dallas County\r\n\r\nPer Curiam\r\n\r\nOpinion [underlined]\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is a habeas corpus proceeding.\"  \r\n\r\nThe document eventually concludes that Ruby will stay in custody but there will be a new sanity hearing. \r\n\r\n[NOTE - Numbering issue needs to be resolved.
