It was also in place here, outside of the Dallas County Criminal Courts Building, on Sunday, November 24, 1963, to capture the arrival of suspect Lee Harvey Oswald after his transfer from the Dallas city jail. This, of course, never happened since Oswald was shot in the basement of police headquarters by Jack Ruby at 11:21AM on Sunday. -- Stephen Fagin, Curator
