The illustration shows President Kennedy standing directly above Florida on a map of the United States holding the reins to a donkey loaded with supplies on its back in his left hand. In his right hand he holds a hat and is scratching his head looking toward Cuba where Khrushchev is drawn. The Soviet leader is standing on the island of Cuba with a sickle at his feet and a stack of yellow signs behind him. The signs read "Claim". He is hammering in a sign in front of him with the text "Claim Stake".

Cartoon is in good condition. Lamination covers entire front and back sides of newsprint, which has slightly yellowed.
