The Museum's Library Collection includes a copy of Diamond's 2019 publication, Doug's Gym: The Last of its Kind, a photography book exploring a fifty-year-old gymnasium in downtown Dallas in its final year of operation and its then-87-year-old owner, Doug Eidd. (Eidd, who sadly declined a Museum oral history, passed away at the age of 93 in 2024). This project was highlighted in several solo exhibitions in Dallas, Nashville and Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, his work has been featured in several magazines and newspapers.
