Three yellow post-it notes stick out of the right side of the transcript; each has the last name of a juror vertically handwritten on it in blue ball point pen with the number order in which that juror was chosen. The first post-it says \"Fletchner \\ #6\", second \"English \\ #7\", and the third \"Holton \\ #8\". The Fletchner post-it is stuck to the top right edge of page 1545, the English post-it is stuck to the middle right side of page 1636, and the Holton post-it is stuck to the lower right edge of page 1672. The testimony of those jurors during the juror selection process begins on each of those pages. \r\n\r\nThis object was originally part of the evidence collected by the Dallas County District Attorney\u2019s Office and specifically prosecutors Henry Wade and Bill Alexander during the investigation leading up to the Jack Ruby trial for the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald.\r\n\r\nTranscript in ok condition. Onionskin pages are in better condition than front and reverse covers; paper yellowed. Covers are discolored and edges have small tears and fold creases. Edges of three-hole punches have been worn with small tears. Deep vertical crease on front cover just to right of holes. Holton Jr. are part of the Dr. John Mark Dempsey Collection (2014.019). - Stephen Fagin, Curator","According to research done by author and journalism professor Dr. John Mark Dempsey, as of late 2019, Robert Fletchner is one of only two known surviving Jack Ruby trial jurors. The other surviving juror as of late 2019 is J. Waymon Rose. Unlike Rose, who kept an extensive trial journal and has participated in a number of interviews and public programs over the years, Mr. Fletchner has been very reluctant to discuss his trial experience.
