Mayor of Dallas from 1976 to 1981, Mr. Folsom was a real estate developer and served on the Dallas School Board (1960-66) during school desegregation. Interview conducted at Mr. Folsom's office on September 5, 2001 by Bob Porter and Stephen Fagin. The interview is one hour and two minutes long.
