This image, taken from an upper level of the Dallas Trade Mart, shows banquet tables being set up on November 21, 1963, in preparation for the luncheon honoring President and Mrs. Kennedy scheduled for the following day. The images on this negative strip were likely taken by one of two Dallas Times Herald staff photographers at the Dallas Trade Mart that day: Bill Beal or Bob Jackson. It is unknown which of the two men took these pictures.
