DescriptionVideotaped Living History public program with Eddie Griffin. A Fort Worth native, Griffin was outside the Hotel Texas when the Kennedys arrived on the night of November 21, 1963. At the height of the Civil Rights Movement in the late 1960s, Griffin traveled across the country and became active with the Black Panthers. Program conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on February 8, 2014 by Stephen Fagin. The program is forty-four minutes long.
Curatorial Commentary
In addition to this program, Eddie Griffin was also part of a panel discussion, "Civil Rights in Modern America," presented in partnership with the Fort Worth Opera on November 19, 2015.
