DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Bettye Baccus. An enthusiastic Kennedy supporter, Baccus shook hands with the Kennedys and Lady Bird Johnson at Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth on the night of November 21, 1963. She saw President Kennedy a second time outside the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth the following morning.
Interview conducted at The Vantage at Cityview retirement community in Fort Worth on June 23, 2014 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is nineteen minutes long.
