DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Archibald "Arch" Bryant. A history teacher for more than three decades, Bryant grew up in Washington, D.C. As a college student, he visited the U.S. Capitol rotunda with friends during the weekend of the assassination, to see the president lying in state. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on November 5, 2015, by Stephen Fagin. The interview is forty-seven minutes long.

Bryant is the father of Megan Bryant, Director of Collections and Interpretation at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, who joined the Museum's staff in 1996. Archibald Bryant previously recorded a videotaped oral history interview on July 13, 1999. -- Stephen Fagin, Curator
