DescriptionVideotaped oral history interview with Raymond Sinibaldi. Sinibaldi’s late grandfather, William Kelly, became friends with John F. Kennedy in 1935 and worked on his 1946 congressional and 1952 senatorial campaigns. A onetime history teacher and docent at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston, Raymond Sinibaldi is author of several pictorial books, including "John F. Kennedy in New England" (2017).
Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on July 11, 2018 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is one hour and six minutes long.
Curatorial CommentaryAs of 2024, Raymond Sinibaldi has published thirteen books, including a number of volumes about the history of baseball. To date, he has produced four pictorial books on the Kennedys: John F. Kennedy in New England (2017), JFK From Florida to the Moon (2019), Jackie's Newport: America's First Lady and the City by the Sea (2019) and John F. Kennedy at Rest in Arlington (2020).
