Description"We Want Pat Too" campaign pin supporting Richard and Pat Nixon during the 1960 presidential election. The red, white and blue pin features a portrait of potential First Lady Pat Nixon. Union logos are printed at the bottom edge. The pin has a metal backing with a brass-colored pin with clasp.
Curatorial Commentary
Thelma Catherine "Pat" Nixon married Richard Nixon on June 21, 1940.  After her husband was elected the 37th president of the United States, Pat served as First Lady from 1969 to 1974.  She passed away on June 22, 1993. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
