I met retired educator Suzanne Mingea during an outreach presentation to the Wiley ISD Retired Employees Association in Wiley, Texas, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. Her hometown of Overton, Texas, is located 120 miles east of Dallas, about one hour from the Louisiana border. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
